Koi Roc - Location

Waiheke Island is a delightful 35 minute passenger ferry trip from the Auckland City Viaduct, or a 45 minute car/passenger ferry trip from Half Moon Bay. Koi Roc is 5 - 10 minutes by road from Waiheke Island ferry terminals.

Koi Roc is perfectly located for the getaway experience; close to all amenities, tourist hotspots and beaches, yet far enough from the towns buzz to provide a private peaceful retreat.

Koi Roc borders Whakanewha Regional Park (Whakanewha means " to shade the eyes from the setting sun") providing unique tranquility and privacy, and a perfect playground for the tramping and nature enthusiasts.

From Koi Roc you can either stroll through the native bush to Whakanewha's shallow calm beach, or drive a few minutes to Onetangi (Waiheke's largest beach), where you can spend the day and enjoy the beach side bar and cafes.

If sports are more your interest, why not take a short walk to Onetangi Sports Park where you can test your skills at tennis or golf.
